I am encountering issues when trying to sign my documents. Please help!
There are usually three reasons you may encounter difficulties when trying to sign documents:
- You have selected option VII in the investor accreditation section. This means you are stating you are not accredited. Please select a different option if you are accredited, otherwise you will not be able to proceed.
- You have not yet completed and passed your KYC/AML checks.
- You are using an unsupported browser. Please change browsers and use Google Chrome for signing purposes.
